I accidently deleted my ABC diet from my computer...
ABC diet starts Monday, January 31st. Workout starts Monday, January 31st. From that day forth I shall be blogging what I ate that day and when and what workouts I did and for how long. Wish me luck and wish me self discipline. Im ready to be Skinny and Pretty.
I honestly don’t even care how much I weigh. Its just what I look like….obviously my weight affects what I look like…but if I finally get a flat toned tummy with muscular thighs that don’t touch and skinny arms and I weigh 120 instead of 110 with all that muscle…I dont care. I just want to LOOK like that!! UGGHHH
